We LOVE Halloween! It might just be our favorite holiday. We decided to be Dutch this year. Or German rather, since they are more like Oktoberfest costumes, but since we don’t drink we obviously wouldn’t be celebrating a beer drinking holiday! 😉
Anyway, I thought it would be just too cute to have Brad and Ezra in matching leiderhozen. I couldn’t resist! So while my computer was out of commission, I took the opportunity to sew our costumes. I barely made it in time. As a matter of fact, these costumes where pretty much safety pinned in place. If we decide to re-wear these again in a few years I’ll have some finishing up to do. I’m very impressed with myself, though! I don’t really know how to sew and I only had a pattern for my vest and Brad’s pants. Everything else I made up as I went along.
These are too cute! You must know how to sew in some sort of way… I can’t even sew on a button!
