The problem with Fitness Fridays is that I’m always too busy to remember to post. Sorry about that! Just to update you, I’m still on the program. I haven’t weighed myself so I’m not sure if I’ve lost any weight yet. Brad swears up and down that I have. I don’t know if any of you ever read comments left by other people, but my friend April mentioned that she has been using a program called nutrimirror.com and has lost 16 1/2 pounds since the end of March! Wow! Definitely worth checking out! Congratulations, April! That is major motivation for me!

Deceptively Delicious. Have any of you heard of this cookbook? My mom got it for me for my birthday last year. I really like the concept. You hide pureed vegetables in everyday foods so that you and your family can easily increase your veggie intake pain free. Since I was already making Ezra’s baby food, it was a snap to try. I’ve had a few mishaps, but for the most part I’ve successfully hidden veggies in all sorts of things. Cauliflower puree is one of the easiest things to hide. Carrots, too. I haven’t tried any of the baking yet. They look delicious and I can’t wait to try them, but all of my baking stuff has been in storage since we moved from Utah. One more reason I can’t wait to move!!! (By the way, we got the house!)
